　　[ handle different things with same method ] 比喻做事不细致，对于不同的问题不能区别对待而是笼统处理。

☉ 一把抓 【yībǎzhuā】
　　[ take everything into one's own hands ] 指同时掌握许多工作,对什么事都不放手,都要自己管。
