　　[ the last of the three ten-day periods of the hot season ] 夏天最热的时期是三伏，即初伏、中伏和末伏，各占十天(中伏有时为二十天)。中伏之后十天是末伏。
　　[ the first day of the last period of the hot season ] 上述末伏所占十天中的第一天也叫末伏，即立秋后第一个庚日。
