　　[ jaws of death as the tiger‘s mouth ] 比喻十分危险的处所。
　　例： 才出狼窝，又入虎口
　　[ part of the hand between the thumb and the index finger ] 大拇指和食指之间的联结部分。

☉ 虎口拔牙 【hǔkǒubáyá】
　　[ beard the lion in his den；dare the greatest danger as pulling a tooth from the tiger‘s mouth ] 从老虎口中拔牙。比喻所做之事十分危险。

☉ 虎口余生 【hǔkǒuyúshēnɡ】
　　[ survive a disaster；have a narrow escape ] 从老虎嘴边逃出性命。比喻经历大危险侥幸不死。
