☉ 好为人师 【hàowéirénshī】
　　[ like to be a master to others ] 不谦虚，不知求教而喜欢教人。
　　例： 人之患在好为人师。——《孟子·离娄上》

☉ 舍己为人 【shějǐwèirén】
　　[ sacrifice one's own interests for the sake of others ] 原指放弃自己的见解，随声附和别人。后用指舍弃自己的利益，援助他人。

☉ 为人 【wéirén】
　　[ behave；conduct oneself ] 做人和跟人交往的态度。
　　例： 他为人正直
　　例： 为人正派
　　例： 为人不忍。——《史记·项羽本纪》
　　例： 公子为人。——《史记·魏公子列传》
　　例： 其为人也。——《左传·僖公三十三年》
　　例： 为人迂讷。——《聊斋志异·促织》
　　[ be a decent person ] 与人友好地交往。
　　例： 他素日很为人
　　[ facial features ] 像貌特征。
　　例： 为人洁白晰。——《乐府诗集·陌上桑》

☉ 为人师表 【wéirénshībiǎo】
　　[ be worthy of the name of the teacher；be a paragon of virtue and learning ] 以身作则，率先垂范，用实际行动做人表率。

☉ 为人作嫁 【wèirénzuòjià】
　　[ busy oneself with helping other people；fools lade water and wise men catch the fish；slave for others with no benefit to oneself as one who sews sb. else's trousseau ] 贫穷女子常为富家女出嫁作衣。比喻徒然替他人辛苦出力。
